Holiday Giving at DVRC

We are gearing up for the holiday season!

Will you join us in providing support, comfort, and holiday joy to survivors?

6 ways to support survivors through Holiday Giving:

  1. Donate through Give!Guide! Help us reach our goal of $35,000 in donations by the end of the year. Give on a Big Give Day and you could win an awesome prize!
  2. Donate gifts to the Holiday Shop! The Holiday Shop opens each December and gives survivors in need the ability to pick up free holiday gifts for their kids. The Holiday Shop is a collaboration between DVRC and the Family Justice Center of Washington County and supported nearly 300 survivors and their children with gifts last year. Donated gifts must be new and unwrapped. Find more information about our needs below.
  3. Shop our Amazon Shelter Wish List! Items from our wish list support Monika’s House, DVRC’s emergency shelter, and Mary Mac House, DVRC’s transitional home.
  4. Become a monthly donor! In honor of the holidays, begin giving monthly to support survivors. Sign up here: Monthly Giving.
  5. Donate food and pantry items! We are still collecting non-perishable food and pantry items for survivors facing food insecurity. To have items sent directly to us, shop our Emergency Food Drive list.
  6. Donate personal care items! We collect personal care and hygiene products year-round to support survivors in all of our programs. Current high needs include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and baby-related products.
