DVRC Administration

1. Communications Intern (Part-time, volunteer)

The Communications Intern will offer support to the Development Director in content coordination for newsletters, print and Web media and other communication pieces. S/He will assist with several fund development activities such fundraising and outreach events. This position has varying responsibilities ranging from the communications department, marketing and volunteer coordination.

2. Administrative Assistant (bilingual: English/Spanish) (Part-time, Paid)

The Administrative Assistant will be stationed at the DVRC Hillsboro office. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Executive Director, Finance Director and the Community Fund Developer Director. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Director.

DVRC Community Advocacy Program

1. Bilingual Community Advocate (Full-time, Paid)

The Community Advocacy Program provides a wide range of services including assistance in obtaining a protective order, courtroom advocacy, safety planning, outreach, information and referral and short- term case management. The Community Advocate will be stationed at DVRC’s Hillsboro, Oregon location.

2. Co-Located West County Community Advocate (Full-time, Paid)

The Domestic Violence Resource Center is seeking a full-time Advocate for the Community Advocacy West County Program. The Community Advocacy Program provides a wide range of services including assistance in obtaining a protective order, courtroom advocacy, safety planning, outreach, information and referral and short- term case management. The Co-Located west County Advocate will be stationed at Centro Cultural de Washington County, and will additionally work closely local law enforcement as well as with other community partners within Washington County.

DVRC Monika's House (confidential shelter) 

1. Director of Housing Services (Full-time)

The Director of Housing Services is responsible for the operation, ongoing evaluation, and needs of the shelter and transitional housing programs. As well as the supervision of its staff and volunteers.

2. Shelter Residential Support Staff On-Call

Residential support staff are on-call employees that provide shelter coverage on an as needed basis. They are responsible to enforce and uphold the policies and guidelines of the program. They will be responsible for the day to day operations and to maintain safety and security of the shelter.
