To Register for Training: Send an email with your full name, your contact information (phone numbers and address), the program you are working with, and your DVRC supervisor’s name to .
You will be registered for every session unless you state otherwise. ALL 40+ hours of the training are mandatory according to State requirements; you must have your supervisor’s approval to miss or make-up any training sessions and all exceptions must be properly documented.
Please note that for us to hold a place for you in our training you must have interviewed and been accepted as an intern, volunteer or new staff person with our agency. If you have questions about the training please ask your supervisor.

These two training days are being offered by the Domestic Violence Surrogate Dialogue. This training is not required, but is highly recommended - particularly for those interns intending to work with adult survivors. Past participants expressed that they wished they’d had the training early in their internship and so DVSD is doing this training especially for any of you that want to participate.
